The FFL list is publicly accessible so a online dealer lists local FFLs to you it pulls every FFL and type in that list. We suggest reaching out to an FFL to ensure they can complete the transfer before ordering and having the product shipped. Many FFLs are Mom and Pop type shops and I would suggest establishing a long term relationship with them as a phone call or email before hand goes a long ways.
